Jennifer Cepenas is an internal medicine and ambulatory care clinical pharmacist at Franciscan St. Margaret Health. Her focus is assisting in the implementation of pharmacy discharge medication reconciliation services and championing the program at the Hammond campus. Cepenas is also the lead pharmacist for the Anticoagulation Clinic.
